13. AI Assistant Connectors (Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP apps)
If you connect your AIOTA account to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, you sign in with your AIOTA account and approve the connection on aiota.trade. The connection is read-only.
What the connector reads: your own journal statistics, trades, AI-coach insight and discipline data, and Opportunity Engine analyses available on your plan.
Where it goes: the results of each request are sent to the AI assistant you connected, which processes them under its own privacy policy and terms. AIOTA does not receive or store your conversations with the assistant.
What we log: for each request, your AIOTA ID, the connected app, the tool used, the time, whether it succeeded and how long it took. We use this to operate the service, enforce plan limits and prevent abuse. Logs are kept for up to 180 days.
Security: access tokens are short-lived, stored only as cryptographic hashes, and bound to your account.
Your control: you can disconnect at any time from “Connected apps” in your AIOTA dashboard or by removing the connector in the AI assistant. Disconnecting revokes access immediately.
